What are partial leads?

Full Lead vs Partial Leads:

At Prime Seller Leads we have two types of leads: Full Leads and Partial Leads.

Full Leads are leads that have entered their property address, name, email address.  After the lead completes all steps, they will be taken to Home Market Analysis Report.

Partial Leads are leads that have just entered their property address and left the site for whatever reason. Could be a computer issue, or they were hesitant about entering their information.  Partial leads are just addresses.

The first step is for the lead to enter an address. Once they enter their address, they will be taken to the second step. The second step verifies property address and then asks for personal information. If they do not enter their first name, last name, and email address they will not be able to move forward to the third step. They will also not get a valuation on the site or emailed to them since they left the site before entering in personal information.

If the lead enters the first and last name, email address they will then be taken to the third step of lead process which is the last step. This last step asks for phone number and three further qualifying questions that are optional. Phone number is required however can be made optional. If the lead does not enter their phone number and it is required by default, they will not get to their home value. Since they did however enter their email address, they will be emailed the report just not receive it on the site.

You can view your partial leads by going to the My Leads Tab, then Partial Leads.
