How do I give agents on my team access to my CRM?

Add an Agent

 

To add agents to the account you can go to the Accounts tab then Agents and Add Agent. Create a username, and password, and enter all required information: Name, phone, email, and add an email signature.

If you’d like to add this agent to receive leads you will go to the Settings tab then Options for Assigning Leads and under Round Robin select their name in the Select Agent Field. This will then allow leads to start being assigned leads in the Round Robin rotation.
