How to check your Instagram profile type

If you're uncertain about the type of Instagram profile you possess, here's how you can determine it:

1. Open the Instagram app and navigate to your profile. Then, tap on the profile menu located in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. From the list that appears, select "Settings," and then choose "Account."

3. Scroll down on the Account page to reach the bottom section. The available options presented there will indicate the type of Instagram profile you currently have.

- Personal profiles will display the "Switch to Professional Account" option.

- Creator profiles will show both the "Switch account type > Switch to a personal account" and "Switch to business account" options.

- Business profiles will present the "Switch account type > Switch to a personal account" and "Switch to creator account" options.
