How do I assign leads to other agents?

We provide three different methods for assigning leads, each offering unique advantages to cater to your specific needs.

To view the different Options for Assigning Leads hover over the Settings tab, Settings, then Options for Assigning Leads.

With the Map Location auto-assign feature, you can easily designate a specific area within your market. By drawing on a map, any leads entering a property address within that area will be automatically assigned to the agent responsible for that location. To enable this feature, follow these steps:

   a. Go to the Settings tab and select "Options for Assigning Leads."

   b. Choose the "Map Location" option.

   c. Assign agents to specific areas by navigating to the Accounts tab and selecting "Manage
