How do I adjust my CRM email settings?

Email Settings can be found by going to the Settings tab, settings, then Email Settings. 

This is where you can add email addresses to receive different notifications about new leads as well as customize autoresponders that will go out to the leads. 

 

Admin Auto-Assign Notifications


An admin can receive notification that an agent has been assigned a new lead by enabling this notification. The email subject will be “Lead Auto-assign to {AGENT_FIRST_NAME} {AGENT_LAST_NAME}”. This will display the agent that is assigned to a lead as well as the leads contact information. This email will send to email addresses that are entered into the Admin Notifications Email Address field.

New Lead Assigned to Agent Notification 

Notification sent to the agent assigned to a lead that a new lead has been assigned to them. This email subject will be “New Lead Assigned on {SITE_NAME} - {FIRST_NAME} {LAST_NAME}”. The email will contain the leads first and last name, as well as a link to the leads profile. To edit or view the email template simply

New Lead Assigned to Lender Notification 

Notification sent to the lender assigned to a lead that a new lead has been assigned to them. This email subject will be “New Lead Assigned on {SITE_NAME} - {FIRST_NAME} {LAST_NAME}”. The email will contain the leads first and last name, as well as a link to the leads profile. To edit or view the email template simply

EMAIL AUTORESPONDERS 

Email autoresponders are automatic emails that will send to leads if enabled. 

Market Value Report (United States ONLY) 

The Market Value Report email will send the lead their Home Value report they received onscreen after completing the lead registration process. This is for Full Leads only that have entered a valid email address. 

 

 

Agent Autoresponder 

Alternatively, you can set an agent auto responder that will send an email to the lead from the agent that is assigned. We do not suggest having both the Market Value Report turned on as well as the agent auto responder. Either have one or the other turned on to not bombard the lead with too many emails. You can change the time your leads will receive the email after they have completed the registration process. We do recommend this for our Canadian clients, as they do not receive a marketing

Bank Autoresponder 

A lender assigned to a lead can have an automatic response sent to the lead with this setting. To edit or view the email template simply choose the page4image58010176icon.
